  SST has been a horrible company to deal with. Beyond disappointed and frustrated with this company. Decided to go with SST through our Richmond American home, and has left a very sour taste in our mouth with SST and with Richmond American for partnering with them. Luke the sales person is horrible to deal with. Techs are very novice and wet behind the ears. Their customer service all across the board has been very pathetic and the lack of communication with their CUSTOMER has been even worse. With being one of the first houses in our new build I will strongly be advising our fellow neighbors NOT to use SST if possible.

  Your typically scummy alarm company. Will charge you $100 for a tech visit to change programming on your device (takes them 5 minutes). Locks you into multi year contracts. If you try to cancel before end of term they will make you pay out remainder. After canceling and paying out contract, they still sent me another monthly invoice that I had to dispute. Customer service on phone typically has a bad attitude. And can typically take multiple phone calls to actually reach them. I suggest you avoid
