  This shop has the worst costumer service that I've ever experienced. Not only have they been nothing but rude to me. Every time I have ever been here. But when I came in to get pierced on my birthday I waited for 3 hours. Keep in mind it wasn't very busy(there were 2 people in front of me), and I almost passed out afterwards due to a lack of sugars in my body. I was waiting for so long and they didn't ask if I had eaten or was hydrated at all. They also completely overcharged me. I will never go to this shop again, and I am frankly disgusted at how unprofessionally I was treated.

  So far my experience has been great here! The staff were super friendly and personable (if you're intimidated by piercing shops, this is the place to go cause they are super nice here and the people you might run into in the waiting area are usually pretty chill too) I was given clear aftercare instructions and was sent home with a bag of goodies to keep my piercing clean. I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars only because they generally don't do appointments so if you come in during the weekends especially, wait times can be kinda long (I was waiting around 2 hours on a Friday night) so if you are limited on time, this place might not be a good choice. Other than that, great shop, great staff, and quality piercings!
