  Seriously this place is awful I tried to return my hat. And this ugly bastard have the audacity to tell me they can't take it back because it doesn't smell new or he won't be available to sell it. All I was trying to do was exchange it for a smaller size or other design because my boy wanted the other one. Is not like i wanted my money back. I had the right receipt and everything. Is a skinny white boy with some awful with his hair braided. This useless moron just ruined my day. I'm going back to lids. Ain't buying anything here. Is not worth it. I hope he gets fired and if he is a store manager or something don't worry I will be sending someone from above to check this awful place. You guys suck.

  I come in here for the exclusive hats...only reason. The employees are nice, but the can never leave you alone. Every Hat Club I go to I get bombarded by employees asking me if I need help, When I reach for a hat they come right over and take the hats and ask what size I need. It is very annoying and for that reason I do 95% of my hat business with Lids. I like good customer service, but at some point its overbearing and becomes rather annoying
