  Had the worst experience shopping there today. They have clothes jammed on the racks so tightly that it makes it next to impossible to move the clothing so that you can see what is on the rack. I found myself moving sections of clothing and placing them on another area, so that I could see the clothing. An associate walked up to me and told me that I couldn't do that and if I moved anything to put it back where I got it...I said yeah ok, I'm really here to do your job. I walked out of the store so frustrated from shopping there...won't be back anytime in the future. Horrible shopping experience!!

  I got a gift for Christmas (tags attached/not worn) and wanted to exchange it for something else or get a store credit. I waited in a line of 25+ people then once I got to the register the girl told me that I couldn't exchange it or get store credit without a receipt. I asked her, how is that your policy for a gift exchange?....she said "you have to ask the person to give you the reciept" I couldnt believe that was their store policy! Soooo if someone gifts you the wrong size or got something that you may not like, you just have to deal with it and never wear it?..because in my mind, asking the person who gave you a gift for the receipt is extremely rude. So I decided to call the Scottdale Quarter Forever 21 location and the girl said that it wasn't a problem at all and that I could switch it out for something else, no questions asked. Once I got to the Quarter I decided to ask again just to make sure and everyone was SO sweet/helpful. Bottom line, train your staff to actually know what they're talking about and to do their job. Really bad customer service from AZ mills and GREAT customer service from Scottsdale Quarter. I'm a very pateint person and I just stood there super confused. If you were the slightest bit unsure, go ask your manager. She was so firm that I felt stupid for questioning her.. "cause obviously she knows their policy" . Not.
