  Absolutely horrible customer service, ordered online, confirmed the order in the morning, said it was en route, wasn't delivered to the last minute as I ask to deliver just a bit earlier. Delivery tried calling apparently to say they couldn't deliver and upon returning call, phone wasn't able to receive calls. Trying to call the NEXT morning and receive voicemail. Absolutely horrible, never use again, already paid $100

  Popped in for a very last minute anniversary. They were super helpful, and even helped me customize a happy birthday arrangement to become an I love you arrangement. Not sure why other people had poor experiences, but I have zero complaints and would absolutely recommend.
