  I was just at one of your locations when I ask to use the restroom upon getting the key I received attitude from one of the employees refusing to help and another manager giving me the key. Going into the back bathroom realizing there is blood on the toilet, no toilet paper, no paper towels and the bathroom has not been cleaned in a while. Considering you sell food products at your locations I'm pretty sure that goes against Health codes. When I came out of the bathroom and tried letting an employee there know. I tried giving her the key, she gave me a dirty look pointed towards the front and told me I could return it to the person up front. When I informed her of the status of the bathroom and that there was blood on the toilet seat she gave me attitude again told me "yeah that's why I don't use public bathrooms" I said yes okay but there's no toilet paper and paper towels and is really dirty. She again went and gave me an exasperated breath, eye roll and just a very blunt uh huh and kept walking away from me as I was trying to talk to her about the bathroom. So realizing she did not have the time of day to deal with a customer I went up front to give someone the key. Upon walking up front there is no one there except for one cashier who is busy so I set the key down at a register. My husband and I continue to walk around and take note of how unorganized this location is, we do reviews for our website and report what we see. That way they do not have high expectation of places like this as I did. When I see the same employee again I let her know there was no one up front to take the key so I left it at one of the registers she gave me one of the nastiest looks anybody has ever given me and loudly exclaims OKAY as the other employee obviously keying her attitude thinking it is funny and laughs. My husband and I obviously can see the condescending tone from her face as well as the attitude she gave me again. I then commented on her attitude towards me telling her that is not how you handle customers and she's being very rude. Both of these women when I stated you don't have good customer service that's probably why you're working at a dollar store. After her multiple yea so what , what did I do? I wasn't being rude.....arguing once more the other employee laughing like a child and again putting her two cents in on this mean girls act of theirs. She then tells me I could kick you out! I can refuse service to you. I said for what for not dealing with your harassment and your rude comments towards a customer. I informed her I'm not going to allow anyone to give me attitude, I'm not going to allow anyone to harass me and I'm not going to allow anyone to treat me that way especially from a woman that has done nothing but continuously harass, degrade and be rude to me especially one that feels the need to belittle her customers that go to her place of employment . She works at a business and she does not get to walk all over people because she's a manager of a dollar store. I did take video record of what was happening because with the way she was getting the other employee getting in my face I did feel threatened and so did my husband. They were being very hostile at this point. When I went back up front to speak to another manager the same woman continue to talk over me and yell at me in front of everyone. When I informed the manager that I was happening she tried to help.I was very upset and honestly hurt that a employee can think she can do things like that to other people. As I tried talking to this manager the other woman that kept calling her away telling her not to help us and then explaining I'm contacting the authorities they need to be escorted off the property which left us not being able to give our name or number or get management information like we were trying to she knew what she was doing she knew that we were putting in a complaint and even bullied this other manager in front of us.
